Super Bowl XLV

This weekend was quite successful at the Anderson house becasue we finally painted our foyer!  Thank goodness the flocked wallpaper is gone....

After spending some time on the house, we celebrated by watching the Super Bowl with some of our sweet friends and neighbors.

I was in charge of dessert....



Eric wanted chocolate chip cookies and I wanted to make sugar cookie footballs...so we comprimised and they turned out great.

Maybe next year we'll be cheering on the Bears!

    Oh my gosh! Those are stinkin' cute!! I've always been skeptical about how shaping cookie dough (besides sugar cookie dough) would work out. I'll have to try it now!
